Delivery to mainland UK is added automatically to the Shopping Basket. As of November 2015 I am trying new postal rates. Please bear with me whilst I adjust to the new parcel sizes / weights. Thank you.

Once your order has been received and processed you will receive a confirmation email from The Incense Faerie.
If you have not heard from me within 48 hours of placing your order please contact me. I aim to post all orders out within 24 - 48 hours, but I will contact you by email asap should there be any delays or problems with your order.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely by Paypal.
The Incense Faerie does not store (or even receive) sensitive information such as credit/debit card details.

Any information you provide will be kept safe, and will not be sold or passed on to third parties.

The incense blends I create are all produced with the highest quality natural ingredients. No animal parts are used and the ingredients and resulting blends are
not tested on animals.  All incense and paraphernalia I buy in comes from reputable and fair traders.
